Paul Moseley, Chief Executive Officer

1992 - Present: Chief Executive Officer of Jimco Maintenance Inc. responsible for management of all operations, financial reporting, continuous improvement programs, quality assurance training, and primary contact with customers and clientele.

1992 - Present: President of Palyn Realty, Inc., a real estate development and property management company focusing primarily on construction-supervision and development of resort oriented/residential and commercial projects.

1983 - 1992: Chief Financial Officer of Jim's Cart Service, Inc., responsible for all financial reporting, tax returns, systems integration to include data base management and cost formulas.
1986 - 1995: Executive Vice President of Combined Capital Corporation and President of Combined Capital Realty Services, Inc., a real estate investment and brokerage firm responsible for financial analysis and presentation of income producing property, to include evaluation and feasibility of a wide range of development opportunities, to include underwriting of the acquisition development and disposition of approximately one million square feet of commercial retail space.

Co-responsibility of the asset management of several commercial related projects to include the overseeing of all permitting/government approval processes and plan amendments. Responsible for day-to-day reporting on a number of corporate and partnership concerns, including completion of annual tax returns and interim financial statements.

1979 - 1986: Partner-Owner of a CPA firm responsible for preparation of tax returns, financial statements, and like consulting to the public.
1977 - 1979: Controller for Beauty Built Homes, Inc. and Braewood Development Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Lomas and Nettleton, a regional owned building corporation with projects in Tucson, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Dallas and Houston.

Responsible as corporate controller for all external reporting to shareholders and the Securities and Exchange Commission. Performed all project cost analysis and supervised implementation of accounting and systems on mergers and acquisitions of other companies.

1975 - 1977: Member of the Audit Staff of Ernst & Ernst, a national accounting firm. Member of a team specializing in audits of real estate and development companies and financial institutions.
1975: Graduated with honors from the University of Arizona with a degree in Accounting
