Lynn Moseley, President

Lynn M. Moseley began working for Jimco Maintenance as an operations assistant in 1978. This position involved a variety of administrative duties, such as customer service, billing, payroll, and purchasing. Started in 1967, Jimco was still a relatively young company and was mostly composed of several crews who traveled, as a group, throughout the state of Florida servicing rolling equipment and shopping carts at Publix and other supermarkets. Lynn and her father, Jim Warbington (the company's founder), traveled with the crews in a mobile office where they were able to manage the entire operation.

Due to the population growth exploding across Florida and the consequent increase in the number of supermarkets, Jimco grew exponentially. During this phase of rapid growth, Lynn's responsibilities evolved into managing the company's increasingly complex operations. This involved managing a greater density of crews in existing territories as well as adding technicians to an area that, by the early 1980's, covered the entire state of Florida. But it wasn't just more stores in a greater geographic area; Jimco also began increasing its service offering. In a short time, exterior maintenance services, such as shopping center pressure washing, would also be added to the operation.

Building on her many years of success, Lynn became President of Jimco in 1992. Determined to continue expanding the company, Lynn and the Jimco management team pushed far beyond the borders of Florida. By 1995, Jimco had year-round operations in Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama, and North Carolina. Under Lynn's leadership, Jimco Maintenance has also continued its tradition of increasing its value to clients through a steadfast commitment to quality at the best possible price. Today, Jimco is a diversified maintenance company whose service programs cover a broad range of equipment and retail infrastructure throughout the Southeastern and Mid-Atlantic United States.

Lynn has also been an active member of her community in Venice, Florida for many years. She's served as the President of the Women's Sertoma of Venice and has also been a past Board Member for the Venice Hospital Foundation. Publix Super Markets has invited Lynn to speak at vendor outreach initiatives in the past.

Lynn is a proud supporter of the United Way, the YMCA, the Venice Rotary Futures, and numerous community youth organizations. As a patron of the arts, Lynn also enjoys supporting the Venice Art Center and the Venice Little Theater.
